Affiliation Fees

Affiliation Fees

Hampshire Netball's Affiliations Secretary is Miranda Ritchie. Please see the Contacts page for Miranda's details.

Clubs will be able to affiliate their players using MyNet at any time; however, please note that to ensure participants receive their magazines and other England Netball benefits throughout the year, participants must be affiliated.

If clubs are not affiliating using a credit or debit card on MyNet, it should also be noted that there will be a processing time for payment by cheque or bank transfer to England Netball. It will take 5 working days from receipt of the appropriate documentation at Netball House for payments by cheque or bank transfer to be processed. Participants will not be affiliated members until the payment has been received and processed.

For the avoidance of doubt a member is only affiliated when MyNet shows them as affiliated. It should also be noted that Competition and Event Regulations may require affiliation prior to entry.

Compliance with Data Protection

As part of the introduction of MyNet, England Netball has been reviewing our Data Protection Policies.

England Netball will share your personal data (including potentially sensitive data) with your region(s) and county for the purpose of your participation in Netball and for regulatory reasons. It is vital that every single member is aware of our data management policy and informs EN how we can use their data.

As from 2013/14, new members must complete a registration form and hand it to the Club Secretary prior to them being affiliated on MyNet. These forms should be retained by the Club Secretary for the affiliation period. EN may request sight of these documents at any point during the year. Forms are available on the EN website, please ensure you use the relevant age banding form.

Failure to get permission from the participant to share their personal details with the County, Region and EN could be a breach of the Data Protection Act and result in a claim being made against the Club or Club Secretary.

The individual participants affiliation fee comprises 3 elements: the England Netball fee; the Regional Association fee (South Region); and the County Association fee (Hampshire).  For the 2015/16 season the fees are as follows:

  • Over 18 EN Fee £36.00 South Region Fee £2.00 Hants Netball £2.00 Total Affiliation Fee £40.00
  • 18 years and under EN £16.30 South £2.00 Hants £0.00 Total £18.30

  • 11 years and under EN £5.30 South £0.00 Hants £0.00 Total £5.30

A minimum of 10 participants must be affiliated

  1. by credit or debit card using a secure payment facility within MyNet
  2. by bank transfer - England Netball bank account details are provided within MyNet (payments are usually processed on the next working day)
  3. by cheque - it should be noted that there will be a processing time of up to 5 working days from receipt for payments by cheque to be processed.

For the avoidance of doubt, a member is only affiliated when MyNet shows them as affiliated. It should also be noted that Competition and Event Regulations may require affiliation prior to entry.
